Salak Agro JEEP COOKING CLASS

A natural traditional Balinese cooking class in the tourist village of Sibetan combined with a jeep adventure tour visiting the largest Salak plantation and the daily lifestyle of the local people.

Learned to cook at one of the local house and taste it.

With a special menu of food "Kare Salak" & "Timbungan".

Interact with the local community since the beginning of exploration, visiting the highland with the magnificent eastern valley of Bali island "Bukit Surga". And the most interesting part when exploring the Salak plantation to explore, harvesting and taste the fresh Salak fruit from the tree.

Picking-up some fresh vegetables and young Salak tree shoots for one of the main menu of the cooking class "Salak Curry".

Salak curry is the most popular traditional local food in the village of Sibetan.

Itinerary:

Morning / afternoon pick up services at the hotel to GunGGunG Adventure base camp. (sunject to the package price chosen)
Arrive at Sibetan village, welcome by the local team and start to explore the largest Salak plantation, harvesting and taste the fresh Salak fruits and pick up some fresh vegetables and continue by the cooking class. End by the lunch or dinner dishes that have been made during cooking class.
Visit to Bukit Surga to enjoy the highland magnificent view, eastern view of Bali island.
Cooking class at one of the local houses and will joint and assisted by the local house owner.

Fantastisk tur i firhjulstrækker på de små veje hvor du ellers ikke ville eller kunne komme i almindelig bil. Meget smilende guide og chauffør. Stop ved plantage med slangeskindsfrugter/salak. Besøg med kaffe og kage hos familie i bjergene. Grundet vejret var udsynet til Mount Agung desværre ikke muligt. En tur hvor du bliver rystet godt igennem....

Ini jenis tour yang berbeda dari tour wisata umumnya, cocok untuk yang mengharapkan pengalaman berbeda saat liburan di Bali. Tidak ke daerah mainstream yang biasa dikunjungi turis tetapi ke tempat- tempat indah yang belum dikenal dan agak sulit dijangkau, selain itu juga berinteraksi dengan warga lokal dan melihat kegiatan mereka sehari-hari. GungGung telah bertindak profesional dan sigap, saat kendaraan 4WD kami mengalami kerusakan di tengah jalan, mobil segera diganti tanpa menghabiskan waktu atau menggangg ujalannya tour. Bravo GungGUng Adventure.
